Lamb Leg Tunnel Boned/Boneless Leg
This is the most versatile cut of Lamb we offer. Ideal for roasting, cutting into steaks, or stuffing for your favourite roast. Can be cooked on the barbeque or in the oven.
We recommend cooking at 230* for 15mins and then bringing the temperature down to 180* for the remaining time. For a rare piece 45mins is a good start and then 15 further minutes for each cooking stage.
