Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using www.foodchainathome.co.nz (“the Site”) operated by Food Chain Ltd. (“us”, “we”, or “our”). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Site at www.foodchainathome.co.nz
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms are defined in this Agreement.
Refund/Return Policy
The FoodChain At Home team will always strive to deliver the restaurant quality product for your enjoyment, if we do get a product wrong or a product is not up to standard please contact us as soon as possible via email on info@foodchainathome.co.nz.
If your issue is specifically with the quality of a product received please take a photo of it and send it to info@foodchainathome.co.nz along with a short description of the problem.
All returns & refunds must be bought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately any issues past this time cannot be processed by our team.
Payment
All Payments are due at the time of order and are processed securely through the Windcave, previously Payment Express, Platform. Payments can only be made via credit or debit card. This platform is the most secure online payment option available globally to ensure peace of mind purchases.

Cancellation Policy
As a great deal of our products are perishable or have a short life we are unable to make any changes to orders past 11am on the day proceeding delivery. This is also to ensure that products arrive in the highest standard and as fresh as possible.
