The FoodChain at Home team will always strive to deliver restaurant quality product for your enjoyment, if we do get a product wrong or a product is not up to standard please contact us as soon as possible via email on info@foodchainathome.co.nz.
If your issue is specifically with the quality of a product received please take a photo of it and send it to info@foodchainathome.co.nz along with a short description of the problem.
All returns & refunds must be bought to our attention within 24 hours of delivery. Unfortunately any issues past this time cannot be processed by our team.
